Hey everyone Donna here. Just a quick reminder to check your holiday schedule and make sure the grooming appointment you have scheduled still works for you! We are booked into the new year and will be working off of a waiting list so please if you plans/schedule has changed let us know asap so we can get you on the waiting list and get your spot filled.
Last week we had a couple of no show/no calls. We will be strictly enforcing our no show/no call fees.

Just a reminder I will be on vacation August 10th through the 21st, returning to work on the August 22nd!
If you need to contact the shop during this time PLEASE contact the office at 229-435-0350. Please DO NOT TEXT (unless you want my venmo to send me a vacation drink! Lol jk)
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep up with your up coming appointments and let us know asap if you need to make any changes. We are currently booked into mid September! Any last-minute reschedules will likely result in a lengthy wait and the loss of you maintenance pricing (4 week price).
While I am gone Jaimie and Larrissa will be working on Saturday August 16th doing BATH AND NAILS ONLY! Many of you are already scheduled so please check your schedule make sure this is still good for you!
