From Kate’s brother:
Kate's funeral has been finalized (cremation). There is no service. Bud will collect her next Tuesday. Since Kate is a veteran we are looking into getting her interned at a National Cemetery near Albany. This will take longer as certain paper has to be chased down and forms filled etc.
If burial at the National Cemetery works the same as it did for my father and FIL, there is a ceremony. More information as we first confirm this service is available.
