This is Sassy, and she was surrendered with her father Boots. While Sassy is a very sweet pup, grooming her was another story. She had matted legs and smelled like p*e when we started, but enjoyed her bath and blow dry. Unfortunately, it was all downhill from there for me 🥲 props to whoever had been grooming her before becuase wow. Sassy kept throwing herself at me and off the table the entire time I was doing her haircut. Was it a well done hair cut? Not by any means. There’s uneven spots and hair sticking out all over, but at the end of the day, she was cleaner, easier to maintain, and did not get injured during the haircut despite her constant jumping. Here’s hoping that smelling and looking better helps them find a home quickly 🥂
