Late post since I don’t have Facebook on my phone anymore. But we hit the last Barry co show last weekend for a BEAUTIFUL day of showing.
🏆 Kylie & Truffles put in work again and came home with great placings AND Reserve High Point for their division!! 👏🏻👏🏻
🥇Morelia & Tater Tot had top placing in most classes and amazing rides overall.
For myself, I brought out Big Yellow (Davey) for some fun and exposure. Definitely miss being in the show pen!!
Can’t wait to see what next season brings for everyone! 💙❤️💛

One thing about me is I love the challenge of a hard keeper. Mickey came to board with us at the end of August and really needed some good groceries. She's also 27 years old so I knew it might not be easy. We figured out the best feed plan for her and she has progressed SOOO nicely. We like em a little round and shiny here at B.E.C. and she's coming right along 🤩🐎

We had an awesome time at time at Barry County Weekend Series yesterday! Kylie was the Grand Champion daily high point and Morelia Reserve Champion high point in their division. SOOOO proud of these girls!! And very thankful for such wonderful horses. They truly worked so hard yesterday all while being forgiving of all the little bobbles that come with young riders 🩷🩷

Didn’t get a picture of it finished as it was dark but we installed an automatic waterer in the last pasture without one!! If you’ve ever dealt with frozen hoses and troughs during winter you’ll understand my excitement 😂 Now every pasture is finished. It’s been a productive year of projects around here with a couple more to go!

Another successful day camp in the books! It's always next level when the campers are such great little gals 🤩 It was hot and muggy but we made the best of it. This was our largest camp yet with FIFTEEN campers ages 6-11. Some repeaters which we love to see and multiple pairs of sisters and cousins so it was entertaining to say the least. 😂
Thank you to all the parents who signed their kiddos up!

Over this past week, our air quality was considered some of the worst in the world! 🔥💨 Some of our great local vets have posted aftercare schedules and instructions on returning horses to work after being exposed to the severe wildfire smoke. Salt therapy is a great way to give your horse a boost in recovery by thinning mucus, removing micro debris & particulates, and reducing inflammation. We are opening up haul in sessions at a significant discount to help during these stressful times. Sessions are opening up Bierman Equestrian Centerll be open all day. Sessions are discounted to $30 each prepaid. Farm calls may be scheduled at a later date at full rate within a 20 mile radius. Haul in location: Bierman Equestrian Center DM to sign up for a slot!

Today everyone got cold hosed, some a few times, instead of being stalled with fans. The humidity kept them sweating no matter what but today seemed to be a little more comfortable after hosing! 🐎 🐴
