We have great news! Calypso has been adopted…by her foster! 💗 Her foster is also the adopter of Coco, and as you can see here, she and Calypso have become great friends. We’re so happy for all of them!

This is a very belated update, but I figured some people would still like to know!

We were able to get Sunkist his extraction surgery for a fraction of the estimated cost through Hope Animal Clinic instead of the specialist. So back in August, Sunkist had 11 teeth removed! His surgery and recovery went well. He had trouble with food for a bit, because he still associated it with pain.

He is now thriving! He can eat wet and dry food again, can groom without pain, and he just seems so much happier and healthier. He is also enjoying having a real home and stable environment.

We love Sunkist so much and we’re glad he’s living his best life now!

Calypso, or Callie for short, has really begun to come out of her shell! Her foster says she is a big lovebug and will follow you wherever you go. She’s very affectionate and does well with other cats. She is ready for her furrever home, so please reach out if you are interested!

The Lotus Catfe wasn’t just a business; it was a dream, a safe haven, a community, a home, and so much more. Now it will always be with us. 💗

Calypso is a gorgeous 1 year old calico! She is a huge lovebug and would make a wonderful companion. I believe she gets along with other cats, not sure about dogs. She is spayed, vaccinated, and combo tested negative. Please reach out if you are interested in adding Calypso to your family. Her adoption fee is $75. 💗

Such a beautiful girl!

Tomorrow this beauty will be making her Petco debut and staying in the enclosures in hopes to find her forever home! Abi came to the rescue nursing 4 wee little ones who have all found homes... now it's her turn! She is barely an adult herself (a kitten having kittens 💔) and will stay petite. She has been around other cats but hasn't been exposed to dogs yet. Abi is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, combo test negative, and all that jazz.

Swing on by Petco on 280 in Birmingham starting Wednesday afternoon to meet her in person!
