🐱🐾 Silent Little Eva 🐾🐱

Imagine carrying around a life-threatening condition and never being able to tell anyone you're hurting.

That was Eva's reality.

This sweet 1-year-old cat underwent a 1.5-hour surgery today to repair a diaphragmatic hernia. Our surgical team carefully repositioned her abdominal organs and repaired the defect in her diaphragm.

We're thrilled to share that Eva is awake and recovering nicely! ❤️ She'll be taking it easy for the next 2 weeks while she heals. Let's hear it for this strong little survivor! 🐱✨

🎈🐾 From Emergency Surgery to a Bright New Beginning! 🐾🎈

When our cat team alerted us about a young female cat with what appeared to be a very large hernia, we knew she needed help fast. They quickly took her to our clinic for radiographs and evaluation, where our amazing surgical team confirmed the diagnosis and jumped into action.

Meet Balloon! ❤️

This sweet girl underwent emergency surgery to repair her hernia and was also spayed while in our care. Thanks to the dedication of our veterinary team, Balloon came through surgery beautifully and is now recovering well post-operatively.

She still has a little healing to do, but in just a few weeks, Balloon will be ready to trade her recovery bed for a forever home! 🏡🐱

Please join us in celebrating this brave little survivor and wishing her a smooth recovery. We can't wait to see Balloon's next chapter filled with love, comfort, and a family of her very own. 💕✨

Akasha decided this morning's schedule needed a little more excitement and arrived for an unexpected emergency C-section/spay... with a surprise party of FIVE kittens in tow! 🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱

We're happy to report that Mom and all 5 babies are doing great! ❤️

Akasha may have waited until the very last minute to embrace the spay clinic lifestyle, but she's now officially retired from the kitten-making business. 😹
