For those unfamiliar, BNI (Business Network International) is a professional networking organization built around one simple philosophy: Givers Gain®. Members work together to support one another through trusted referrals, relationship-building, and community involvement.

At On Cloud Canine, we've always believed that grooming should be about more than appearances; it's about your pet's comfort, confidence, and overall well-being.

Beginning June 29, 2026, we'll be implementing an updated grooming pricing structure designed to better reflect the individualized care each pet receives. Rather than relying solely on weight, our pricing will more accurately consider factors such as breed, coat type, coat condition, grooming needs, and the time required to safely complete services.

2 months ago, a nail trim felt nearly impossible for Louis.

Today, he’s showing us what can happen when we slow down and work with the dog in front of us.

Louis has never been a fan of nail trims, so instead of pushing through his discomfort, we partnered with his family to create a plan that sets him up for success. Before appointments, he gets anti-anxiety medication prescribed by his veterinarian. During his grooming visits, we use calming pheromone spray, comfortable surfaces, plenty of breaks, and very little restraint. And, of course, his favorite reward: scrambled eggs. 🥚🐾

Progress didn’t happen overnight, but with consistency, patience, and the right support, Louis is much more comfortable with his grooming routine.

One of the biggest benefits of mobile grooming is the ability to provide a quieter, lower-stress environment and tailor each appointment to the individual dog. Sometimes that means taking things slowly, changing our approach, or finding the reward that makes it all worthwhile.
