ATTENTION-IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING FULL GALLOP FARM in Aiken, SC for the event that was planned for this Sunday January 25th:
The event is officially changed to run on Wednesday January 28th. We will be watching the temperatures and may start a bit later if need be on Wednesday.
We made the best choice we could based on all the information and facts we had about the upcoming weather for Friday Jan 23rd - Mon Jan 26th that would have impacted our competitors and their horses. We had over half of our competitors coming in from North Carolina which with what is predicted would have made driving conditions very dangerous.
We had two choices to make sure we kept everyone as safe as possible cancel the event or move it to another day not impacted by the weather and not conflicting with another event.
We decided to move the event instead of cancel. If we would have cancelled everyone would have lost their entry fees, at least this way people have a chance to still come and compete and not lose their money. With all the weekends taken up by conflicting events we had to move to a weekday and Wednesday had the best weather prediction.
We hope everyone can understand that we hold your safety and your horses safety with the utmost importance. I know the schedule change will not work for everyone, but we are hoping people can get the day or from work or school for this one time change. We apologize to anyone who is now not able to come.
We are also extending the ability to enter the event until 11:59 Sunday January 25th. Some people held off on entering due to the bad weather predicted for Sunday, if you were one of them or anyone else that wants to enter you have that option. You can enter online at EventEntries.com.
We are excited for you all to see the new course and tracts all of our courses are changed. Maps are posted on the website.

We are also in desperate need of volunteers for XC jump judges, Stadium Crew, XC finish- Pls pm or text/call if you are able to help.
Also note we had to change the TD that was listed in the omnibus as Erin Stormont (The listed TD) could not do the Wednesday date. We have Jennifer Ashton Scherrens stepping into the TD role, The rest of the officials remain the same.
