EM is a structurally sound, 18.5” bitch with a balanced, medium-drive temperament. She is an ideal match for a male partner looking for a devoted companion who is active outdoors but has a "settle switch" for the home.
Performance & Lifestyle
Active Partner: EM is an excellent hiking companion and has been successfully started in ski-joring. She has enough drive to enjoy the work but isn't "over the top."
Handling Preferences: She is highly selective and does not prefer working with female handlers, Those she has met a few she likes. She can be aloof with strangers and does not care for the hands-on approach of "dog show" environments.
Socialization: She gets along well with other dogs and has been exposed to livestock. She is curious about cats and enjoys watching them. She has been to places like home depot, tractor supply and dog shows. She is use to long car rides, she has been to FL and back and to the BC National in 2024 which was held in MO.
Household Manners
The Perfect House Guest: Tori is fully crate-trained and house-trained. She is accustomed to a quiet home life with wood stoves and ceiling fans. She is a relaxed traveler and handles car rides well.
Children: She has a mutual understanding with the 7-year-old in her current household. However, she does not appreciate loud, sporadic movements or abrupt handling, so a home without small children is best.
The "Banana Chip" Ritual: She is a sensitive soul who thrives on routine and "cookies." She loves playing "show dog" in the kitchen for her favorite Trader Joe’s banana chips. (a bag can go with her)
Health & Documentation
Em is up-to-date on all vaccinations, worming, and microchip information. She is a healthy, sound girl with no history of abuse; she simply requires a handler who will take the time to build a 100% trust bond.
Em will go to her new home with a comprehensive "Health Folder" and "Puppy Bag" including:
3-Generation Pedigree and parentage information.
Full health, shot, and microchip records.
Essentials: Slip lead, basic grooming tools, blanket which smells like the house, bone, and a bag of her favorite banana chips.
5 days worth of food for new zip to either keep her on the food or to switch her slowly to her new food.
