Your dog will not spend its whole time in a crate. We love having them around us and are proud of our 'doggy playground' atmosphere! We have heard over and over, "My dog gets all excited when they hear your voice on the machine or we are coming in!"

All of our groomers are certified groomers and are CPR and First AID certified from Pet Tech and American Pet Cross. We are also members of the NEPGD

Services:

At Sandy's K9 we offer a range of grooming services. All grooming includes styling, ear cleaning, gland expression, and nails. We use the finest shampoos and offer additional services such as flea and tick dips, medicated, oatmeal, and hypo allergenic shampoos as well as shave downs. These additional services are available for a minimal surcharge. Booking Reservations:

Because our groomers are in such high demand and because we will not work as an assembly line, please book your services in advance. Requirements:

All dogs being groomed must be up to date on their vaccinations prior to his/her appointment. Rates:

For grooming pricing depends on the breed and coat condition & size. Nail clips are offered in the afternoon for just $8.00 small breed. $10 large

We want to give an update about Sawyer, the tiny little senior Yorkie we sprung from a local shelter on Friday. He had a trip to the emergency room Friday night because of a severe cough and some eye issues, and he's been diagnosed with a condition called collapsing trachea. Collapsing trachea is a common condition with senior small dogs and thank goodness it's not fatal, but it does result in frequent and sometimes severe coughing episodes. We've also discovered that Sawyer is blind! His eyes show evidence of previous ulcerations and because he was not treated, he has lost his vision. His blindness does cause anxiety! He loves to be held by his foster mom and be close to his people, and he becomes stressed in new environments. He's definitely going to need a special home with someone who can make sure that he feels safe and his needs are met. We are committed to finding this sweet boy the right person in the right situation! He's going to be listed as available within the next few days, pending his follow up vet visit!
