Just a friendly reminder:

We tell all of our clients to give us a two week grace period. We recently have had a lot of calls of clients who have not been in recently but are very vocal about being upset that we cannot fit them in right away. We do our best and truthfully, being as transparent as possible, if you are a regular (comes in every month or so) we will stay late, come in early or try and accommodate but if you are not, we will fit you in our first opening and then reiterate to prebook. Sounds harsh but ask yourself, would you do extra work for someone you didn’t know or didn’t respect you? Call to get your hair done, is it any different? I also can guarantee they don’t have to do your manicure, pedicure or clean your potty areas!

We have a flux of no call no shows on new clients as well to the point it makes us not want to accept any. If you make an appt and call around to get in somewhere earlier, that’s fine but have the respect to call and cancel the original appointment. We do have the right to refuse service and unfortunately we have had to utilize that right now more than we ever have before.

Attention clients:

We are trying something new and we are excited about it! Our Tuesday hours are shifting to help those clients that cannot make mornings work! Our Saturdays are insane and if you don’t prebook we sometimes cannot accommodate so we thought this might help. Tuesday hours are now 2pm-7pm!

If we get a good response, these hours will become permanent!

Remember, if you like your time slot, prebook!!!!

Pretty Paws celebrated 12 years this year and it was also my Soul dogs 12th Birthday yesterday! I love that our milestones have been in sync all these years.

My large walk in tub was designed with his large self in mind. The no stairs in my building, another must. I knew if I could accommodate the bestest boy to all levels, I’d never turn anyone away due to size or mobility.

Today, I will say goodbye to my best friend. Although I have a lot to celebrate, this one is going to hit hard for me. I’m asking for patience. Not only for my grieving but for my girls who will be manning the fort for a few days without me.

Thank you to the clients who gave hugs and love today. I was honored to love on your babies. Although I’ll be back in the office in a few days, I may need awhile longer not to get teary eyed randomly. I promise, I love what I do, even on the hard days.

Hug all of your babies tighter. The years fly by.
