🐾 A Little Reminder About Cancellations 🐾
We completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans have to change! We simply ask that you please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you’re unable to make your grooming appointment.
As a small business, we schedule our days specifically around each pup. When an appointment is canceled at the last minute—or missed altogether—it can be very difficult to fill that spot, leaving us with time we had reserved just for you and your dog.
That’s why cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are subject to our cancellation fee. This fee isn’t meant to be a punishment—it helps protect our groomers’ time and allows us to continue providing the one-on-one care your pups deserve. ❤️
Giving us enough notice also gives another pup on our cancellation list the opportunity to get in sooner!
