Early this morning a piece of my heart has been torn off. Cinnie and I share the same birth year '92. Got her when i was 12 years old. She was a pleasure horse before my parents had bought her for me. I worked with her and ran barrels on her and also did a few other Gymkhana events with cinnie. Flags was one of our favorite speed events for 4h. Cin bin was a fantastic horse for costume class. We had the idea of "balloon magic" because while waiting to go in my class with cinnie a spectators kids balloon popped directly in front of her face and she didn't flinch. So the following year I asked my uncle jeff if he could help design my costume and help made our outfit. We also competed in pole bending, down & back etc. Cin bin was one in a kind and is and will always be my heart horse. Cinnie taught so many others how to ride and did countless horse camps for morgan valley farm in tecumseh michigan. I showed her on the middle school and high school equestrian teams, nbha and a few rodeos. Cin bin is a mare that i could count on no matter what. She was a very dependable, sturdy gal that you could put any level rider on her. You just had to be ready for her "full body shakes". Some of the time if you weren't expecting it you would be off of her back 😅 then she would just stop and look down at you like uh what happened. Cin was the very Best trail horse ever! And also a great hauler. We traveled as far as Texas for a few of the Martha Josey barrel clinics down on the ranch and a few in Swanton Ohio. My mom was able to take cinnie in for a century ride in 2024 and they won their class out of 6 other riders and that was Cins first time ever doing dressage. There's so many memories and wonderful years we have had together.
I love you Cinnie Binnie you'll never be forgotten.
