Good luck to all of the 4-H & FFA exhibitors at the Guthrie County Fair! The early mornings, late nights, hard work, patience, and dedication have all led to this week.

Blair and Brexton had ONE assignment this week…

Excellent work, gentlemen. Really nailed the assignment. 👏😂

So here’s your very brief 2026 chopping recap… along with a little throwback of Max on the silage piles when he was little. 🥹🌽

For those of you who follow us but don’t live on a farm — we chop part of our corn crop to make corn silage. The whole corn plant is chopped up and stored, and that silage becomes a big part of the feed mixture for our cows and calves throughout the year. 🐂🌽

And for those of you who do farm — may your chopping season be safe and bountiful… and may your crew do a much better job completing their assigned tasks than Blair and Brexton did. 😂
