🐾 Jerry stayed a few nights for training! 🐾

During his stay, we focused on neutrality around exciting distractions and building confidence. One of Jerry’s challenges is that chrome bowls make him uncomfortable, so we spent time helping him work through that fear at his own pace.

Day Training is a great option for busy families who want professional training support without committing to a full Board & Train program. Your dog spends the day learning with me and returns home at night, allowing them to stay in their normal routine while still making progress. Day Training can also be added to overnight boarding for dogs who are staying with me.

A brief lesson and training overview are included with Day Training, but for the best long-term results, I highly recommend pairing it with private lessons. Private lessons allow us to dive deeper into the “why” behind the training, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure you have the skills and confidence to continue the work at home 🐾

Our first group class was a success! 🐾

This class focused on confidence building, obedience, and reactivity. Each station was designed to give every dog and handler team ample room to work without coming into contact with other dogs, creating a safe and productive learning environment.

I’m so proud of how everyone did and how creative they got with their stations. Looking forward to watching these teams continue to grow! 🧡

Want better photos of your dog? Start with the skills that make great pictures possible!

In this combined session, your dog will learn or practice behaviors such as place, sit, down, or fun tricks that help create polished, eye-catching photos while building valuable real-world skills.

✨ Includes:
• ~45-minute training lesson
• ~15-minute photography session
• 3 edited photos

*Additional photos may be available for $7 each*

Dogs must be food or toy motivated to participate. If your dog needs help building motivation or learning foundational skills first, a regular training lesson is recommended before booking.

Obsidian’s owners wasted no time and signed up for training the first chance they got — and that early commitment makes such a difference.

Starting training early helps build clear communication, confidence, engagement, and good habits before unwanted behaviors have a chance to become routine. Puppies and young dogs are constantly learning from the world around them, whether we mean to teach them or not. Setting them up with structure, guidance, and positive experiences from the beginning creates a much smoother path for both the dog and owner.

Obsidian has already been working on building focus, learning how to engage around distractions, and developing the foundations that will help him succeed as he grows. Training isn’t just about obedience — it’s about creating a dog that can confidently navigate everyday life while strengthening the relationship between dog and owner.

🐾 Board & Train Programs:

An immersive training experience that builds strong foundations, structure, and reliability. Ideal for obedience, behavior modification, confidence building, and off-leash goals. Every B&T comes with 2 lessons — the first is 2-3 hours long when you pick your pup up and another 1 hour lesson to schedule in your home or in public within a month of your furry friend returning home! We provide take-home worksheets, training tools, and lifetime support.
