🎀 October is Spay & Neuter Education Month at Mills Animal Hospital!

This month we're talking about more than preventing unexpected litters. We're talking about preventive healthcare, responsible pet ownership and helping our pets live healthy lives.

Throughout October, we'll be sharing helpful information and answering some of the most common questions pet parents have about spaying and neutering.

🐾 PLUS — ask us about our October spay & neuter special!

Because education is part of good medicine. ❤️

🐾❤️ BACK TO OUR ROOTS AT UGA ❤️🐾

There’s something special about coming back to where so many veterinary dreams begin.

Today, Mills Animal Hospital had the opportunity to be at UGA, connecting with the next generation of veterinary professionals — students who are learning, growing, asking questions, and beginning to discover the kind of veterinarian and leader they want to become.

For us, this is about so much more than recruiting.

It’s about giving back to the profession that has given us so much.
It’s about mentorship. Growth. Encouragement. And showing students that the culture they choose matters just as much as the medicine they practice.

At Mills Animal Hospital, we believe great veterinary medicine starts with great people — people who feel supported, challenged to grow, encouraged to keep learning, and reminded why they chose this profession in the first place.

Today was a beautiful reminder of our roots, how far we’ve come, and why we’re so passionate about helping shape what comes next.

Because the future of veterinary medicine is sitting in classrooms today — and we’re honored to be a small part of their journey. ❤️
