I got a question for you…

Do you know what this is? 😂🪥

A few years ago I would’ve guessed a pink thimble. Turns out it’s a finger toothbrush for dogs.

We use these with Nugget because brushing his teeth is a whole lot cheaper than letting the vet do it later. 😅

It takes just a couple minutes, helps with bad breath, supports dental health, and can save you some money down the road.

And before anybody asks… yes, convincing a Golden Retriever to brush his teeth is sometimes easier than convincing him to stop carrying Camp Cluckers around the house. 🐔😂

Bottom line: whether you buy one from us or somewhere else, brush your dog’s teeth. It’s one of the simplest things you can do for their health.

Yesterday we asked a simple question. What would happen if we washed Nugget’s Beast Harness after 365 days of daily use?

Well, today we got our answer.

After a year of trails, mud, rain, Georgia heat, creek crossings, and countless adventures, it came out looking surprisingly good.

The stitching is intact.
The buckles are solid.
The D-rings are ready for more miles.

Most importantly, Nugget is already preparing to get it dirty again. 🤣

This is exactly why we test everything ourselves before we recommend it to your pups.

One year ago, Nugget started wearing this Blaze Orange Beast Harness.

Since then it’s been through muddy trails, creek crossings, rainy walks, photo shoots, and just about every adventure we’ve taken together.

Today it’s getting a little Spray ’N Wash and a trip through the washing machine.

The best part?

This isn’t a test harness. This is our harness. The same one Nugget has worn all year long.

Now the question is???

After 365 days of adventures, how clean do y’all think it’s going to come out? 👇🐾

A little behind-the-scenes from last night’s Camp Clucker production. 🤣🐔

I was trying to explain to Nugget that we had shelves to stock after a pretty good week of Clucker orders.

He seemed interested for about three seconds. Then I noticed he kept staring at something across the room.

Turns out he wasn’t thinking about inventory at all. He already knew what today’s secret was. 😂

Sometimes running a business with your dog as co-owner gets a little ridiculous.

Actually… who am I kidding?

It’s ridiculous almost every day around here. ❤️🐾

Yesterday, I cleaned up Camp Nugget. Apparently, that was a terrible business decision.

This morning I noticed someone flying off the deck like he had a mission. Next thing I know, he’s tracking down Camp Clucker and making sure normal operations are back in full swing. 😂

I guess taking one day off from clucking was one day too many.

The good news? Camp Nugget is clean. The bad news? The CEO is still reviewing my performance. 🐔🤣

A week ago, we heard about a dog named Ranger. 🧡

Ranger was originally trained through a prison service dog program. He worked hard, graduated, and was preparing for a life of helping others.

But life had other plans. Chronic ear infections prevented Ranger from continuing his service work, ending the path everyone thought he was destined for.

Thankfully, a loving family stepped in and gave him exactly what every dog deserves — a home, a family, and people who love him.

Last week, our friend Cathy .place.11 gave Ranger a Camp Clucker. A few days later, she sent us this photo. Then she surprised us with an amazing video of Ranger and her girls playing with Camp Clucker, and it absolutely made our day.

At this rate, I’m starting to think we may need to hire Cathy as Head of Marketing when Nuggy Dog Co. grows. 😂

Moments like this mean the world to us.

Not because someone bought a toy.
Not because someone placed an order. But because someone took the time to share a story. Especially demonstrating such kindness.

One of the best parts of building Nuggy Dog Co. has been meeting incredible dogs like Ranger and connecting with amazing people along the way.

Some dogs have a favorite toy.
Nugget has an entire collection. 😂

Every morning starts about the same around here.

First, we go for a walk. Then we spend a little time with the birds.
Then it’s straight to the food bowl for breakfast.

The funny part is that no matter how many toys he has, he always comes back to Camp Clucker.

Maybe that’s why we’re on a mission this summer to make Camp Clucker the most popular dog toy in the world, one happy pup at a time. 🧡

Some things never change, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🧡
