🐾 Little Bear’s Board & Train Update! 🐾

Little Bear had another great training day! Today, we worked through all of his CGC testing items, practicing the skills and manners he’ll need to be successful on his test. ⭐️

We also spent some time in the lobby working on walking nicely with me, staying engaged, and keeping his focus while clients were coming in and out. This was a great opportunity to practice around real-life distractions and reinforce that even when exciting things are happening around him, his job is to stay connected with his handler.

Little Bear did a wonderful job and continues to make great progress! He may be little, but he’s working toward some BIG goals! 🐶💙🐾

🐾 Henry’s Board & Train Update! 🐾

Henry had a wonderful training day today! We worked on strengthening his sit and down commands, along with practicing loose-leash walking. One of our goals was teaching Henry to keep moving with us rather than stopping and laying down when he decides he’d rather not continue. He’s learning that staying engaged and following through is part of the fun!

We also spent some time working on reactivity and neutrality in the lobby. Henry practiced simply sitting calmly and watching other dogs come and go without feeling the need to react or interact. Sometimes one of the most valuable skills a dog can learn is how to quietly exist around distractions. 🐶❤️

Henry did wonderfully today, and we’re excited to keep building his confidence, engagement, and calm behavior throughout his Board & Train! ⭐🐾
