Wag Inn Boarding Wag Inn Boarding is a dog boarding facility that offers private rooms, large indoor and outdoor play areas as well as training and activities for your dog.

At Wag Inn, we completely understand how hard it can be to leave your dogs behind when you have to go somewhere. Lifelong pet owners ourselves, we know what it means to take responsibility for your pets and will do what it takes to make sure that they have a pleasant and safe stay. Situated in the heart of the Hudson Valley, we can give your dog all the best of a true country vacation. Let them enjoy the clean air and the great outdoors while you’re away. During the day, your dog will have plenty of free time to make new friends in our large indoor and outdoor play areas. At night, each dog will get their own private room. We even have adjoining rooms if you have multiple pets who would like to spend their evenings together and have some more space to relax. We offer basic training services as well as agility training and an intro to scent work for the dogs who need or want a working vacation.

Some pretty smart dogs during today’s training class. There was the box game to learn to place and stay. Some weave pole for an agility session. And learning how to put our toys away.

One of these pups is clearly not like the others. But that doesn’t stop him from having fun with all these labs.

UPDATE: the road is OPEN! Yay!

209 is still CLOSED between Kyserike Road and somewhere around Lucas Tpke. There is NO access to our building coming from the South, but if you ask the Central Hudson personnel at the Kyserike Rd closure nicely, they will *hopefully* allow you to continue through to our building. If they won’t… please call the office and one of us will walk up to meet you.

Today was a training day for some of our clients. The focus was to “Leave it”, where a treat was placed on the floor and the dog had to wait for a release command.
