Bath & Brush (Short Hair Breeds)
Includes: bath, blow dry, brush out, nails, ears, paw pads
• Small (0–20 lbs): $55–$70
• Medium (21–45 lbs): $70–$90
• Large (46–70 lbs): $90–$120
• XL (71+ lbs): $120–$150

De Shedding Package (Double Coat Breeds)
Includes: deep cleanse, de shed shampoo/conditioner, HV blowout, undercoat removal
• Small: $85–$110
• Medium: $110–$135
• Large: $135–$160
• XL: $160–$200

Full Groom (Bath + Haircut)
Includes: bath, blow dry, haircut, nails, ears, paw pads
• Small: $85–$110
• Medium: $110–$135
• Large: $135–$165
• XL: $165–$200+

Add Ons
• Nail trim only: $15
• Nail trim + file: $20
• Teeth brushing: $10
• A**l glands: $10
• De matting: $1 per minute (after first 10 minutes)
• Heavy coat blowout: $20–$40
• Difficult/aggressive dog fee: $10–$30

🐾 PET SITTING SERVICES

Drop In Visits (Your Home)
Includes: feeding, water, litter box, potty break, meds, photos
• 15 minutes: $20
• 30 minutes: $30
• 60 minutes: $45
Additional pets: +$5 each

Dog Walking
• 30 minutes: $25
• 60 minutes: $40

Overnight Pet Sitting (Your Home)
Includes: evening + morning care, feeding, walks, litter, updates
• $75–$90 per night
Additional pets: +$10 each

Cat Only Care
• 1 visit/day: $25
• 2 visits/day: $45

Overnight Boarding (24 hours)
Includes: feeding, water, walks, playtime, photos, indoor/outdoor time

⭐ Cage‑Free Environment
I do not crate pets unless requested by the owner for training or safety. All pets are kept in a safe, supervised, home environment.

• $55–$70 per night
Additional pets: +$10 each

Daytime Boarding (Doggy Daycare‑Style)
Includes: potty breaks, playtime, feeding (if needed), photos
• Half day (up to 5 hours): $25
• Full day (5–10 hours): $40
Additional pets: +$5 each

Extended Stay (3+ nights)
• $50–$65 per night depending on size & needs

Puppies (under 1 year)
• +$10 per day (extra cleaning, potty training, supervision)

Special Needs / Medication
• +$5–$10 per day depending on care required

⭐ Holiday Rates (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day)
• +$10 per visit
• +$20 per overnight

⭐ Additional Fees
• Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): $20
• Matting fee: $1 per minute
• No show fee: full price of service
• Travel fee: if outside your normal radius (ex: +$10 for 15+ miles)

(Please review before booking. These policies ensure safety, fairness, and smooth scheduling for everyone.)

🐾 1. Appointments & Scheduling
All services are by appointment only.

Please arrive on time for drop‑off and pick‑up.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee may apply.

🐾 2. Cancellations & No‑Shows
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.

Same‑day cancellations: $20 fee.

No‑shows: Full price of the scheduled service.

Repeat no‑shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

🐾 3. Coat Condition & Extra Fees
Prices are based on size, coat condition, and behavior.

Matting fee: $1 per minute after the first 10 minutes.

Heavy shedding / impacted coat: $20–$40 additional.

Difficult or aggressive behavior: $10–$30 handling fee.

🐾 4. Health & Safety
Dogs must be healthy enough for grooming.

Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns.

I may refuse service if a pet is unsafe to groom or too stressed.

Pets with fleas will receive a flea bath automatically ($15 fee).

🐾 5. Vaccinations
Rabies vaccination is required by Maryland law.

Proof may be requested for new clients.

🐾 6. Pet Sitting Policies
Payment is due at the start of service.

Additional pets: +$5 each.

Holiday rates apply on major holidays (+$10 per visit / +$20 per overnight).

If I arrive and cannot access your home, the visit is charged in full.

🐾 7. Payment
Payment is due at pick‑up or completion of service.

Accepted: Cash or Zelle

🐾 8. Photos & Updates
I may take photos of your pet for updates or social media.

If you prefer no photos posted, just let me know.

🐾 9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your pet’s comfort and safety come first.
If you have any concerns about a groom, please contact me within 24 hours so I can make it right.

🐾 10. Owner Responsibility
By booking, you agree:

Your pet is safe to handle

You have disclosed all behavioral or medical issues

You understand that grooming may uncover hidden skin issues

You understand that matting may require shaving for the pet’s safety
