If you're passionate about helping animals, this is the perfect opportunity to make a difference! You'll provide daily care for our adoptable dogs and cats, help keep our Adoption Wing clean and welcoming, and be part of the exciting moment when pets meet their future families.

This position includes weekend and holiday hours, and applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Hudson has been waiting for his forever family since May… could you be the one to change that?

Meet Hudson, a handsome 6-year-old gentleman with a big heart and an even bigger personality! ❤️

Hudson is a total people-lover who simply wants to be part of your everyday life. Whether he’s lounging nearby, soaking up pets, or greeting you when you come home, this sweet boy is happiest when he’s spending time with his humans. He’s affectionate, loving, and ready to be someone’s loyal companion! 😻

Hudson does have a heart condition that requires daily medication, but he takes it like a champ! 💕 His condition doesn’t stop him from enjoying life, playing, and showing everyone just how much love he has to give.

And because we want to make it even easier for Hudson to find his forever home, his adoption fee is waived! We’re hoping the right person will see this special guy for the loving companion he is and give him the home—and care—he’s been waiting for! ❤️

Let’s kick off our Thursday with an adoption update!

You might remember our adorable Husky mix Pinto, who found his forever home back in June! 🥰 Since heading home, he’s been settling into life with his new family, and we’re happy to report that Pinto is living his very best life!

These days, Pinto loves walks, cuddle time, window watching, meeting new friends, and playing with his favorite ball! And he even has a feline sibling to keep him company!

His adopter says he’s the sweetest and most lovable pup, and we can definitely see why! 😍 Swipe through his update photos for some seriously paw-sitive cuteness!

We couldn’t be happier to see Pinto so happy, loved, and settled into his forever home. ❤️ A huge thank you to his amazing adopter for opening her heart and home to Pinto and giving this sweet boy the second chance he deserved!

Happy tails, Pinto! We’ll never get tired of seeing our HART alumni living their best lives! 🥹💕
