Madeline Clevenger

Just wanted to reach out and share about our sweet kitty Madeline that you all recently prepared her for us after her passing. Madeline came to my family in April of 2016. She was already around 2 years old when we adopted her and she came to us shortly after we had lost another cat, so she filled a very special void. She took to my family: My husband, myself, and our 3 daughters right away! She was very much my cat as she followed me everywhere and my lap was usually the one chosen during our movie and tv watching in the living room most nights. She was pals with our big boxer, Bo, whom we had to say goodbye to a few years ago, so I know they were reunited in heaven when she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.

I can't thank you all enough for doing her ink spot for her paw and nose as I've made that into a tattoo on my bicep as that is where she would always lay with me so she is now forever with me this way as well. The cremation box is lovely and the lock of fur that was included made me cry, but in all the right ways. I will cherish this forever along with all the lovely memories we have of our sweet Madeline.

She had the absolute loudest purrs of any cat I've ever owned! I have several voice notes on my phone that I listen to when I need to be reminded of her. She also loved to make the best "biscuits" and loved to snuggle on my lap, arm, and window seals on a beautiful day.

I wish our fur babies could live forever, but I know that's just not possible. But thank you for preserving her for us so that she is always close by and I shared several pictures of her beautiful self so you can appreciate what a lovely cat she truly was.

From the bottom of mine and my family's hearts, thank you for what you do as it created a balm for our aching hearts for our dear Madeline.

Sincerely,

Sarah Clevenger

Zoey and Milo Sobeck
I just want to start off with thanking you for what you do. I can’t even imagine having your job. The boxes you sent with our babies ashes in it are beautiful along with the paw and nose prints.
Zoey passed in May and Milo here in August.
Zoey (aka Zoola Petulla and ma’am) we got her when she was 6 months old at a shelter in KY. She wouldn’t walk. Would just curl up in a corner, just a scared little puppy. It took her a good couple months to come around and before we knew it she was running our house, she was the boss. She would let you know when she had something to say or wanted a treatsie and if you didn’t do what she wanted here came the tantrum. She was also the world’s best cuddle bug and listener when u came home from a hard day and needed to vent. All our blankets have little nibble holes in them from her.
Milo (aka Mr Fuzzy Pants and Sir) my boyfriend was working at a coal mine in WV, when Milo showed up everyday trying to get food. It was getting in the cooler months so he brought him home to join our family. He was a year and a half old. Milo didn’t know how to play with toys or bark but Zoey taught him well. Milo was Mr couch potato. He loved pets but not to many pets and don’t you dare get in his personal space. He also had a goofy side were he would run and then do a 360 smacking you with his fuzzy b***y. He pulled a lot of shenanigans. He would see a spot he knew he couldn’t fit in but he would definitely try and get stuck. If ten minutes went by and you haven’t seen Milo you knew he was stuck somewhere.
Hope you enjoyed learning a little bit about Zoey & Milo. I could go on forever they were the best pups ever

Thank you,

Stephanie Piper & Justin Sobeck

Nina Garnand
"Our beautiful Nina passed away on 8/11/2026. She came to us as a rescue when her first daddy Ben (my son) passed away in 2013. She was the most loving and gentle fur baby, and gave us 13 years of love and devotion. Faithful Pets crematory handled her final arrangements with love and care that meant so much to John and I. Thank you all for the service you provide that allows pet parents to treat our babies as family members and give them respect as they cross the rainbow bridge.

Sawyer Martin
April 15, 2007~December 1, 2025
Sawyer Martin was born on April 15th, 2007 in Bristol, Tn and was adopted by me when he turned 6 wks old on May 29th, 2007. & took his trip over the rainbow 🌈 bridge on December 1st, 2025. He was the only boy in the litter he was born into. I named him Sawyer cause my favorite show on in ‘07 was LOST & my favorite character was Sawyer. My SawSaw (nickname) was always a pistol of attitude and made sure others knew he was too cat (even when he wasn’t). Sawyer was a great son to me and an even better friend to Rowdy (his best fur friend that passed in 2020) whom came and brought Sawyer to Cat Heaven at 8:05am on 12-01-2025. He left me how he was brought into my home “in my arms”. Sawyer leaves behind his CatMom Wendy, two sons Niles & Gizmo, cat friend Josie, Cat Granny & many other humans who knew & loved him too. Fly high my Sawyer Martin and know I loved you so much and I’ll take great care of Niles & Gizmo as we grieve your passing. This isn’t goodbye, but I’ll see you soon.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
We are thankful for the opportunity to care for Sawyer and his owner, Wendy. We know Sawyer loved his family well and was loved deeply!

Snooki, nook nook. Oh how our hearts hurt over the loss of your beautiful soul. She was my companion. The sweetest, smartest, most loving and loyal baby. A true treasure. She was much more than just a dog, she was more of a child than anything. Bringing so much joy and love to anyone she knew. Full of smiles, life and affection. It will never be the same without her here. I would do anything to have her forever. She was her mommy’s rock and helped me get through the toughest of times, never leaving my side and going everywhere with me. My little passenger princess and saving grace. Although I long for more memories with her..I am thankful for the many we did have. Furever a part of my heart and never to be forgotten. I love you and miss you babygirl, so much. Rest in peace until we meet again. ❤️🌈

God sent Katie to be my companion on February 24, 2018. Katie was a blessing to me and will always hold a special place in my heart. From day one I knew she would be loved and spoiled. While I worked during the day she attended daycare where she tolerated the other dogs. She and I attended puppy training and received our certificate of completion. She and I moved to our little cabin in Smyth county VA when I retired in July of 2019.

I accused Katie of being the reincarnation of my mother since some of her funny quirks reminded me of her. Nothing could be left out of place. She was always stealing socks, shoes and any clothing left unattended. She would even sneak washcloths and underwear from the clothes basket. She never chewed them, she would just take them, usually to her bed.

She was always there to anxiously meet the FEDEX person with the delivery which was usually her food, but even if it wasn't her food, she was excited and wanted to see what was in the box. She wouldn't go down the steps and wouldn't go past the shelfI would sit in front of the door if I wanted her to stay in the bedroom while I was away.

Katie always wanted to know what I was cooking and would stand beside me watching. She always had her little teaspoon of vanilla ice cream in her separate bowl and then would carry her bowl around.

Katie was my watch dog and doorbell and let me know if anything or anyone was around the house that wasn't supposed to be. It's amazing how much more they hear than we do.

Thank you to Nathan at Faithful Pets for your caring, patient and professional service. At a most difficult time, it was a pleasure to work with you.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Katie seems like a really precious girl who's absence will surely be missed. We are thankful to her owner, Keele, for allowing us the opportunity to care for them.

Thank you for your kindness and care taking care of our sweet boy Milo. He was the love of our cat lives. When I adopted Milo to be a barn cat 14 years ago, the person at the shelter said she “loved his smile.” We treasured this sweet boy and miss him deeply.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

We are thankful for the opportunity to care for Milo and his family. He seems like a really precious boy, and we agree... he has a great smile! 😊
