What a first week. 🥹🥰🩷
As we’ve wrapped up our very first week at Wayside Veterinary Clinic, we just wanted to say thank you.
Opening the doors to a brand-new veterinary practice has been exciting, humbling, a little chaotic at times, and incredibly rewarding. We know we’ve had a few software hiccups along the way as we learn our new system, and we truly appreciate every person who has met those little bumps with patience, kindness, and understanding. You have made our first week so special, and we are incredibly grateful that you’ve trusted us with your babies.
This clinic has been a dream of Dr. Hoss’s for a long time, and getting to watch her turn that dream into a reality has meant so much to us as her team. We’re thankful to work alongside a veterinarian who is genuinely so compassionate, who cares deeply about her patients and their people, and who has poured so much of herself into creating a clinic where our community can feel at home.
❗️❗️❗️ And now that we’ve gotten our first week under our belts, we’re excited to share that we are scheduling routine surgical procedures!!! 😷
Dr. Hoss truly loves surgery, and a great deal of thought has gone into how we care for our surgical patients. We have high-quality monitoring equipment to keep a close eye on our patients throughout their procedures and recovery, along with constant hands-on monitoring by a veterinary assistant.
Our dedicated surgery days will be Wednesdays, and every surgical procedure includes pain medication and anti-nausea medication because keeping our patients as safe, comfortable, and stress-free as possible is incredibly important to us.
If your pet is in need of a procedure, give us a call Monday through Thursday for pricing or to schedule. We’ll be more than happy to answer your questions and get your pet booked.
Most of all, thank you for welcoming Wayside Veterinary Clinic with open arms. Thank you for the phone calls, the appointments, the kind words, the patience while we find our rhythm, and especially for trusting us with the animals you love. Thank you once again to Kristen Quon WCYB and WCYB for coming out on our opening day. Thank you to all of our clients who have left reviews and offered kind words!
We’re only one week in, and we already feel incredibly fortunate to be here. Here’s to many, many more.
