We’re looking for a special guardian home for Ember through Em-K Kennels—and we’d love to open up the conversation about what that means!

A guardian home gives a dog a loving family life while she remains part of our breeding program. Think everyday cuddles, family adventures, and a partnership with us, with responsibilities clearly discussed and agreed upon before placement. 🏡🐶

Quick one for the people who want to know what all the health testing actually means.

Before any of our dogs are bred, they're tested for DM (degenerative myelopathy), EIC, von Willebrand's disease, OFA eye certification, and OFA hip evaluation. We post every result publicly. That's how we got our Good Dog "Excellent" rating — and it's why we can stand behind every puppy we place.
