It’s going to be a busy Memorial Day Weekend and we’re hoping it ends with lots of pets heading home with their new families! To celebrate the long weekend, all adult dogs and cats here at AoA will be just $50 to adopt, including many of our recent Puerto Rico pups! Our Adoption Center will be open all weekend from 12–6pm daily, including Memorial Day Monday.
*Please note: our Community Pet Clinic will be CLOSED Monday, May 25.*

Some adoptable dogs will also be hanging out at Golden Cactus Brewing on Sunday from 2–4pm with our friends at Small Things! The dogs attending the event will also have $50 adoption fees, so come grab a drink, say hi, and maybe meet your new best friend!

Before you stop by tomorrow, be sure to check out our website as we add in all the newcomers: angelsofassisi.org/available-pets. It’s shaping up to be a fun weekend and we can’t wait to see some Adoption Center animals spend the holiday in loving homes!

Hey there, everyone!! It is with a extremely grateful heart that I share a bittersweet update with you. I’m moving. I have lived in the Roanoke/Salem area for 13 years. I’ve made so many amazing memories, met friends that I’ll have forever, learned many lessons (good and bad) and throughout all of that..I’ve had the absolute honor and privilege to be trusted with your sweet pets while you’re away. As excited I am to live close to my family after so many years..I’ll miss all of yall SO much! Again, I can’t thank you enough for your continued trust throughout the years. It means the world to me. 🩷

I look forward to all of the clients that I hope to gain in the Abingdon/Lebanon/Honaker/Bristol area!! 🐾
