Hey everyone! I am so sorry that everything has been crazy lately. As most of you know, I have been suffering from hemiplegic migraines and it has caused me to not be able to work or look at screens as much. Luckily, the medication I am on seems to be working right now. I am ready to start booking pups regularly again. I will be opening up online booking again later today and will be able to return your messages in the next week. If you would like to make an appointment for your pup, please let me know. I have also decided to start taking on some new clients. If you have been on the waitlist, please contact the shop or book online.

Thank you to all of my wonderful clients and your pups for being so understanding. I do want all my clients to know that I do sometimes have migraines still and will not be able to work on those days. If that happens and you have an appointment scheduled, I will contact you to reschedule. Unfortunately, this type of migraine affects my vision and makes it impossible to work.

I wanted to inform you that due to unforeseen health and life circumstances, I will be adjusting the schedule at You Dirty Dog. All current appointments will be cancelled to prepare for the following changes.

Starting next month, I will be open one day a week. I understand this change may be inconvenient, but I am committed to continuing to provide exceptional care for your furry friends.

To accommodate this change, I kindly ask that all clients move to a standing schedule. This will help manage my limited availability efficiently and ensure I can still serve you and your pets with the highest standards of grooming and care.

Please note that due to my reduced availability, I will only be able to retain a limited number of clients. I will prioritize those who are on a standing schedule and have been loyal supporters of the salon. If you would like to continue scheduling with us, please send the business a text message to discuss securing your spot.

I hope all of my clients and their pups had a wonderful holiday and happy new year! I wanted to give a few updates on some changes for the salon that will be coming up in the next year. As many of you know, I have moved about an hour away. Because of this, I am changing my schedule a bit. I will only be in town 3 days a week. I will also be implementing a same-day cancellation/no-show fee. If you have any questions about my schedule or cancellation fee, please reach out. Hello everyone! I just wanted to give a few updates on the salon.

Spring is here which means we are booking up quickly! Right now, we are completely booked until April!

As most of you know, I am a one-woman-show. In order to not miss your message, I do not answer facebook messages or answer calls while grooming. You can call the salon number and leave a message. However, the best way to ensure I don't miss your message is to text the salon or book online. I try to check my text messages and confirm online appointments daily. I will return calls once a week. There is also the option of putting your pet on a reoccurring schedule.

To provide the best quality grooming and care to your pets, I am currently not accepting new clients. If you are new and would like to be added to our new client list, please call and leave a message with your pet's details and I will contact you when we have openings.

Some of our prices will be changing to keep up with industry standards and maintain the quality of products used. Like in every other business right now, our operating costs have increased. Most of these changes have already been implemented. Prices are dependent on many characteristics of your pet, so if you have any questions, please let me know.

We will also be charging a no-show fee for missed appointments. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a fee of 1/2 the service price before a pet can be rebooked. This has been our policy for awhile, but I wanted to make a public announcement. We will also be sending out new authorization forms to sign that include this policy when you book an appointment.

Lastly, I would like to thank all my customers for letting me care for your beloved pets. I love them all so much and am so thankful that you trust me with their care. I am so lucky that I get to do something I am passionate about and I truly enjoy getting to spend time with all my amazing pup-clients. They all bring so much joy to my life!

Attention You Dirty Dog customers:
The salon will be closed until December 7. As some of you may know, I injured my wrist. Unfortunately, we have also had a death in the family and we will not be returning calls until the 7th. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Please bear with us as we get everyone rescheduled. I have an appointment with the orthopedic surgeon Monday and I am hopeful that I will be able to groom next week. We are fortunate and thankful to have such wonderful and understanding clients.

Hello from You Dirty Dog! We have a few things going on and wanted to make all of our wonderful clients aware. The past 2 weeks we have been having issues with our phone and internet at the shop. If we haven't returned your call, we will be attempting to do so tomorrow. As of right now, we are completely booked until June 24th. If you have left a message, and you do not hear from us tomorrow, please call us again.

We would also like to inform you all that we will be closed from July 1st- July 11. We will be enjoying some family vacation time and therefore will not be returning any calls, messages, or confirming any online appointments during this time.

We hope all of our clients are enjoying this summer and staying cool!

Hey everyone! We are approaching the holiday season quickly! Please make sure to book your pup's appointments for the holidays soon. We tend to book up fast this time of year! We also have made a few changes to our pick-up and cancellation policies. When you make an appointment we will be sending out a new form to sign.
