The more you know :)

Apparently, leaving Molly alone for 10 minutes is now considered emotional damages. Her legal team will be contacting me shortly. 😂🐾🥓

🐾 Four homemade treats for your favorite taste tester! Which one would your dog try first?

🥜 Peanut Butter & Banana Biscuits

Mix 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 1 egg, ½ mashed banana, and 1 cup whole wheat flour. Roll out the dough, cut into shapes, and bake at 350°F for 18–22 minutes.

🥕 Carrot Biscuits

Mix 2 cups whole wheat flour, 1½ cups finely grated carrots, 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 2 eggs, and up to ¼ cup water—just enough to form a dough. Cut into shapes and bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes.

🎃 Pumpkin Biscuits

Mix ½ cup plain pumpkin purée, ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce, 3 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 egg, and 2 cups whole wheat flour. Cut into shapes and bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes.

🫐 Frozen Berry Yogurt Bites

Chop 8 strawberries and mix with ¾ cup blueberries and 1 cup plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt. Spoon into a silicone mold and freeze until solid.
Let baked treats cool completely, and serve all four as occasional, appropriately sized treats. I’d skip the added syrup, honey, and salt shown in the graphic. Check every peanut butter and yogurt label for xylitol (also called birch sugar), which is dangerous for dogs.

Save this post for your next baking day—and tell us which recipe your pup picks! 🐶

Cinder is having so much fun!!

08/16/2026

🐾 Today is Cinder’s special day! 💦🐶

Every year, I choose one lucky Pampered Pets client to attend the end-of-season Doggie Pool Party at the Aquatic Center—completely FREE!

This year, I chose Cinder. I’ve had the privilege of pet sitting this sweet girl since 2016. She’s a senior baby now, but she still loves playing fetch and knows exactly how to have fun. ❤️

Today, Cinder is going to swim, play, chase her ball, and hopefully have the best day of her canine life!

This is more than pet sitting to me. These babies become part of my family, and creating special memories for them is one of the best parts of what I do.

Just another little perk of being part of the Pampered Pets family. 🐾

🌞🐾 Extreme Heat Alert! Keep Your Pets Safe! 🐾🌞

The summer heat isn't just uncomfortable—it can be dangerous for our furry family members.

Here are a few simple ways to protect your pet:

🐶 Never leave your dog in a parked vehicle, even for a few minutes.
💧 Always provide fresh, cool water.
🌳 Walk your dog early in the morning or later in the evening when temperatures are lower.
🔥 Check the pavement with your hand. If it's too hot for you, it's too hot for their paws.
🏡 Make sure they have access to shade and a cool place to rest.
⚠️ Watch for signs of heatstroke, including excessive panting, drooling, weakness, vomiting, or collapse. If you notice these signs, seek veterinary care immediately.

Our pets rely on us to keep them safe. A little extra care during extreme temperatures can save a life. ❤️

Stay cool, stay hydrated, and give your best friend an extra hug today! 🐾
