Last week we said goodbye to a very special member of our family, Mildred.
Many knew her as the bossy little corgi who always had something to say. She was loud, full of personality, loved being involved in everything, and somehow managed to charm everyone she met.
Mildred wasn’t just my first dog, she was the reason for so much of what exists today. The love I had for her and the joy she brought into my life helped inspire my passion for animals, which eventually grew into the business you all know and support. In many ways, she helped shape the path that led me here.
She loved spending her days outside, watching the world go by, soaking up the sunshine, and keeping a close eye on everything happening around her. She truly enjoyed life.
Our home and our business family feel a little quieter without her. While our hearts are heavy, we are incredibly grateful for the 9 amazing years we were blessed to have with her. There will never be another dog quite like Mildred.
Thank you for being the dog who started it all, sweet girl. Your legacy lives on in every wagging tail, every happy dog, and every life we are fortunate enough to care for. ❤️
