Rumford Rodeo Ranch Our family ranch is located near Abbyville, KS. Rumford Rodeo Ranch was started by Floyd and Lola Rumford over 65 years ago.

Our family heritage runs deep in rodeo history and we continue to raise bucking horses and train ranch and rodeo horses. Rumford Rodeo Company is a family based Rodeo Company in Abbyville, Ks. The Abbyville Frontier Days Rodeo and Bar-B-Que is held annually May 20 & 21, 2011. There is a jackpot barrel race on May 19th and the PRCA Rodeo is May 20 & 21 with the parade and BBQ on Saturday and finish with a church service on Sunday morning.

CALF ROPING HORSE ~ SOLD

Passion and Sugar “Payson” (Poco Tiveo on the top and Doc O’Lena on the bottom) is a seven year old AQHA gelding. I’ve owned him for two and half years. Has been hauled and used in the tie down roping throughout the northeastern United States at amateur and professional rodeos as well as jackpots and rodeos in Kansas and Oklahoma. Was ridden at the First Frontier Circuit finals as a six year old and helped me win the reserve average title. He is very easy to get away from and has plenty of pull. 14.3 hands tall. He has never had any Injections or any soundness issues. Regular chiropractic care. Would suit anyone going from college level on up. Please message me with any questions and for price information. He is located In Abbyville Kansas at the moment. Will be in Florida in March. If you contact me for videos, please have intentions of coming to give this horse a look. I won’t waste your time if you won’t waste mine (no tire kicking).
