AFLATOXIN POISONING ALERT IN DOGS⚠️☠️

Just like in humans, maize/ corn flour is a common source of Carbohydrates in dogs. However this has proved a threat to the lives of dogs in Uganda. Unlike a human's liver, a dog's liver has more cyrochrome C Oxidase (COX) enzymes which accelerates breakdown of Aflatoxins to more toxic levels.
This therefore makes maize/ corn flour a threat to dogs than humans irrespective of the class/ quality of the flour.
