Why goat milk? 🧐

1. It is ideal for dogs who are lactose intolerant! Cow milk is high in its lactose component, which can cause severe gastrointestinal signs in pets who don’t have the ability to digest them. On the other hand, goat milk, especially raw unpasteurized goat milk contains a high concentration of a lactose digestive enzyme called lactase, making it a much more suitable choice for pets. 🐕 & 🐈‍⬛

2. It is 6 times higher in natural prebiotics, which basically are food for probiotics; the beneficial bacteria 🦠 that can help improve your fur baby’s overall health. As these microorganisms are well fed, these good bacteria grow, thrive and colonize to fight against bad bacteria in pet’s gut, which help improve pet’s immune system, as 90% of it lays in the gut.

3. It is highly digestible due to its simple protein molecules as well as smaller fat molecules comparing to cow’s milk. This simply means that your fur babies will be able to digest, absorb and utilize nutrients in goat milk properly. 💪🏻

4. It is much less likely to cause allergies because goat milk does not contain complex proteins presented in cow’s milk. Complex protein profile can trigger pet’s immune system, causing allergic reactions and symptoms.

5. It is anti-inflammatory. Goat milk is naturally very rich in essential fatty acids, some of which has anti-inflammatory properties, which help manage and prevent inflammations along pet’s GI tract.
