Most people think dog training is about obedience.

It’s not.

It’s about trust, communication, emotional regulation, and consistency.

Dogs don’t respond to what we say.
They respond to patterns, energy, behaviour, and leadership.

The more I work with dogs, the more I realise:

Behaviour shapes everything.

Relationships.
Teams.
Brands.
Performance.

Whether I’m training a dog, building a brand, or preparing for HYROX — the principles remain surprisingly similar:

Clarity.
Consistency.
Discipline.
Trust.

Behaviour is everything.

Invest in your future self today. Start your fitness journey.

I trained for her first half marathon years ago. She’s back this time coz she wants me to train her to be Hyrox-ready.

I got certified as an ISSA fitness trainer a decade ago for my own knowledge, but had trained a selected pool of clientele over the years.

Some of these clients are friends, and some found me on IG. They usually have one thing in common; being zero in fitness and want someone who won’t intimidate them.

I look forward to getting my dear friend Joyce to the finish line of her first Hyrox race, just like I did with her first half marathon. ✌🏻
