100% DO NOT sent your chinchilla to water bath or wet it. It doesn't help and get it worst.
When you have gotten a chinchilla with very bad condition, Smelly, sticky and with huge and small chunks of mat fur in it coat.
This chinchilla have overall mat fur overall body.
We manage to remove all of the large mat within a time frame allowed. More improvement can be done but at least he is feeling more comfortable ❤️ and we hope to see this chin for a 2nd grooming session.🙏🙏
