One of the questions I get asked the most is, โHow do you communicate with animals?โ
The truth is, I believe all of us can communicate with animals, and even with all sentient beings, nature, trees and crystals. Weโre all connected. Some people are simply able to access it more naturally or intuitively.
For me, it came through years of my own healing journey. Meditation, inner work, sound, energy healing and learning to quiet my own mind. Over time, you reach a space where you stop trying so hard to hear, and you simply begin to listen.
The messages donโt always come as words. Sometimes theyโre thoughts that pop into my mind out of nowhere. Sometimes theyโre emotions, images or even physical sensations in my own body.
The biggest part isnโt receiving the information. Itโs learning how to interpret it and knowing what belongs to you and what doesnโt. Thatโs something that only comes with experience. There have been moments where Iโve suddenly felt a headache, stomach discomfort or an overwhelming emotion, knowing it wasnโt mine. Later that day, I might meet a client, ask if theyโve been experiencing exactly that, and theyโll say yes.
This isnโt something thatโs only limited to animals. We all carry energy and vibration, and we are constantly communicating on levels beyond words.
People are sometimes surprised that I donโt spend my sessions asking animals what their favourite food or toy is. Animals are incredibly wise and aware. Most of the time, they want to communicate something much deeper. They often reflect whatโs happening within their guardians, what theyโre carrying emotionally, or what they need us to understand.
To me, animal communication has always been about being a bridge. A bridge that helps animals and humans understand each other more deeply. Just as importantly, itโs about helping people learn to respect, listen to and honour the incredible beings that animals truly are.
I am grateful to have facilitated hundreds of connections with animals and people worldwide.
