My dog gets the walk. I get the strength and agility workout. Fair enough šŸ™‚ā€ā†•ļø

But using force to pull your dog back isn’t how you teach them to walk nicely.

🚫 Constant tension on the leash only teaches your dog that pulling is how they move forward

ā¤“ļø Instead of following your dog everywhere, take the lead and change direction

šŸ— Reward your dog the moment they check in with you

Keep it clear, stay consistent, and walks get easier over time.

This is one of the most asked questions from you: How do I potty train my dog? 🧐

Here’s the simple formula behind it: timing, speed, and consistency.

ā° Be a Potty-Predictor
Stick to a consistent feeding schedule. When meals are predictable, potty breaks become predictable, so you can bring your pup to the right spot at the right time.

⚔ Reward Fast (Like, Really Fast)
When they are done in the correct spot, give praise or a treat immediately. The quicker the feedback, the quicker they understand what you want.

šŸ’Ŗ Consistency Is Your Superpower
Be fully aware of when and where your dog goes potty. Stick to the routine, no exceptions, no days off!

But wait…
Should I do grass or pad? Indoor or outdoor? Mix both or stick to one?

It depends on your dog’s environment, routine, and how long they can hold it. Every pup is different and the right setup makes a huge difference.

If you’re unsure what’s best for your dog, we’re here to help you figure it out.

Barking isn’t bad — it’s your dog’s way of communicating! But when it becomes constant or unmanageable, it’s a sign your dog might need some help 🚨

Why dogs bark excessively:
ā—Boredom or lack of stimulation
ā—Separation anxiety
ā—Fear or alert triggers
ā—Lack of clear communication

Here is a recent case that we had with a young Golden Retriever, coming into his own! During his teenage months, he has learnt to bark enthusiastically at anyone that comes through the door. Sometimes, the enthusiastic greeting is also accompanied with a big ā€œhugā€ or ā€œjumpā€ onto guests and owners.

With and guidance, we taught him that the best way to greet people is by waiting by his bed. This creates a space for both guests and dog, until clear guidance is given to go welcome the person that just came through the door (or not)!
