How dogs travel matters more than most people realise.

At TopDogs Academy, your dog’s safety doesn’t start when they arrive at our facility — it starts the moment they are picked up.

Transport is a critical part of a dog’s daily routine, which is why we manage it entirely in-house with our own trained handlers and dedicated vehicles. We do not outsource transport because consistent handling and supervision are essential to a dog’s comfort and wellbeing.

While many daycare and training centres operate with one or two vehicles, we maintain a fleet of five transport vehicles to better manage routes and ensure dogs travel safely and comfortably.

Our transport protocols include:

🔸 Dogs are never overcrowded
🔸 Proper ventilation inside vehicles
🔸 Adequate space for every dog
🔸 Supervision by trained handlers
🔸 Safe loading and unloading procedures

We are also mindful that certain breeds — particularly brachycephalic breeds such as French Bulldogs, Bulldogs, and Pugs — require additional care due to their airway structure and sensitivity to heat. Our team is trained to take these factors into consideration when handling and transporting these dogs.

For us, this isn’t just about logistics — it’s about responsibility, care, and the trust you place in us.

1. Retail Assistant
Support daily retail operations
Handle and care for pets responsibly
Attend to customer enquiries
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Assist with general shop operations

Requirements
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Comfortable handling pets
Positive attitude and team-oriented
Retail experience is an advantage

2. Driver / Dog Handler
Pick up and drop off pets safely
Handle pets during transfers and transport
Support daily logistics operations

Requirements
Valid driving licence
Able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Confident and comfortable handling dogs
Responsible, punctual, and reliable

3. Groomer
Provide professional grooming services
Handle pets with care and confidence
Maintain grooming hygiene and safety standards

Requirements
Grooming experience is a must
