Some moments just feel extra special.✨

We had the pleasure of meeting this adorable little one and their incredibly kind pawrent. What touched us most wasn’t just how sweet this pup was, but the love and trust their pawrent showed from the very beginning, especially as we’re still growing and getting to know the Bukit Timah and West Side Community.

As pet owners ourselves, we know how much trust it takes to place your beloved companion in someone else’s care. After all, they’re not just pets, they’re family. 🐾

Seeing this little one so relaxed, content, and safe in their pawrent’s arms was a beautiful reflection of the love they’ve been surrounded with every day. The bond between them was simply heartwarming to witness.

What started as a little adventure has turned into countless memories, wagging tails, and happy paws. ☀️

Over the past few months, we’ve explored new places, conquered stairs together, carefully made our way down slopes, sprinted across open fields, soaked up the sunshine, and admired the beautiful views our little sunny island has to offer.

From excited zoomies to quiet moments enjoying the breeze, every outing has reminded us how lucky we are to share these experiences with such amazing companions.

Our photos may not be perfect, but our team and companions certainly are. 🐶

Not just one or two of us, it’s our entire team attended a Pet CPR & First Aid certification course and successfully passed the assessment.

In our belief, It is not only about providing excellent customer service, delivering a quality haircut, or creating a comfortable and safe environment. True pet care goes beyond that. It means being prepared, staying knowledgeable, and being ready to respond when pets need us most.

The course covered emergency response procedures, pet CPR techniques, choking management, wound care, heat-related emergencies, and how to recognise early signs of distress. More importantly, it reinforced the importance of staying calm, acting appropriately, and providing immediate care while seeking veterinary attention when needed.

While we hope these skills never have to be used, being prepared matters. Emergencies can happen unexpectedly, and having a team that is trained to respond can make a significant difference during those critical moments.

This certification is not about adding another credential to our wall. It is about continuously improving and reminding ourselves of the responsibility we carry, strengthening our knowledge, and ensuring that every pet under our care is looked after by individuals who take that responsibility seriously.

Thank you to all the pet parents who continue to place their trust in us. We remain committed to learning, growing, and doing our best for every pet entrusted to our care.
