📢 **We’re Testing Something New!**

From **1 September to mid-October**, we’ll be putting our new online booking system to the test. 🐾

If you’re booking an appointment with us in September, we’ll need your help to **register a new customer account** on the new system.

We know this means an extra step, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience during this trial period. 🙏🏻

While exploring the booking website, please share your experience with us. Tell us what works well, what doesn’t, and anything you feel could be made easier or better.

This trial will give us time to improve and fine-tune the system before its **full launch in 2027**. ❤️

Thank you for testing it together with us and helping us make the booking experience better for everyone!

Preserving Memories 🐾

I used to think there would always be another day.

Until my own dog fell ill, and suddenly, we were racing against time. That was when I realised—I hardly had enough photos to hold on to.

Since then, whenever possible, we try to take a proper photo of every furry friend after their groom. 📸

What started as a small habit eventually grew into something more—our charity photoshoots. ❤️

Twice a year, we turn these photos into an opportunity to raise funds, purchase dog food, and support shelter dogs in need.

A photo preserves a memory.
And sometimes, that memory can also help fill another dog’s bowl. 🐾❤️

Grooming creates the look.
Photos preserve the moment.
Giving makes the moment mean even more.

Sometimes, the best service is knowing when to say **no**.
