When little Sasha came into our lives, it felt like the world shifted in the best possible way. But alongside the excitement, I couldn’t help but worry. How would our elegant Russian Borzois react to this tiny new presence? Would they understand his cries, his giggles, his curious little fingers? I had so many questions—and so many fears.
But life has a beautiful way of surprising us. From the very first day, our dogs proved to be the gentlest souls, as if they instinctively knew their new role in Sasha’s life. They became his quiet protectors, his ever-watchful nannies, always checking to make sure everything was okay. Their grace and patience were unmatched, and their love for him was immediate and unconditional.
Now, two years later, I look at them together and my heart overflows. Sasha and our Borzois have become inseparable. Every morning begins with Sasha calling for his “friends,” and every evening ends with a tangle of paws and tiny arms cuddled up together. They play, they explore, they share the kind of bond that only pure, innocent hearts can create.
These two years have shown me what family truly means—it’s not just about who we are, but how we love. Watching Sasha and our Borzois grow together has been the most beautiful journey, one filled with laughter, trust, and moments I’ll treasure forever.
