I officially bring to your attention the fact that Polish breeder Magdalena Suska-Szczerbicka threatens me, tarnishes my name, harms my business reputation, chased me and extortion money.

Official information letter about Purchase contract from 10 September 2019
Cat name Rumfold Challah , American SH silver tabby female, ID 643093300135427
This cat since birth was absolutely strong and healthy. We keeping her for our breeding . She was showing at September and did very well !
But we decide selling her . Magdalena read and signed our contract, paid and get this kitten by our agent hand by hand, this kitten had official veterinary papers which was getting 2 days before travel to Poland .On beginning everything was good .
After 2 months Magdalena decided to return the kitten back to us, but knowing that the return was not provided for by contract, she provided us with documents accusing us that the kitten was sick, the vet confirms FCoV
The documents provided were issued for an other ( not our) cat:
1. At all papers have everywhere that gender it is a male, not a female.
2. No microchip identification on any documents
3. No evidence that it was exactly our cat
4. there is no evidence that the biomaterial belongs to my cat
5. there is no photo and video of cat or biomaterial collection
At our signed contract new owner have 72 hours after kitten arriving for health exam and everything. But Magdalena no did nothing, no any test and any health screening, and our agent stay at Poland few days after cats delivery for cats show
From her words that “our cat getting just flue ” and after she was getting diarrhea because was incorrect medicine using. Our cat is unduly prescribed treatment against helminths, several times and different kind of antibiotic.These are extremely toxic drugs that disrupt pancreatic and liver function!
She is getting diarrhea after this kind of “flue” therapy and but still was used this kind of veterinary scheme and toxic medicine during long time
Magdalena send our cat to Moscow
This cat was travelling back without any information and without any accordance with me- I was at another country and cat was just send with some unknown people to Moscow WITHOUT ANY VETERINARY PAPERS!!!
we had troubles with this – the agent called my colleague and told that if he didn’t meet the cat and pick her up immediately, they would send her to the shelter.
Finally some of my colleague was picked up her .
She looked healthy and was too hungry . My colleague put her on quarantine / When I back to Russia I take her to hospital and did PCR test as requested and make video of test collecting . Biomaterial was sent to an independent laboratory . We also repeat test again at another clinic and also was negative . My cat is clear and not have virus
After full health screening and quarantine we again showed this cat on biggest cat show at Moscow – and this cat again win, and become best junior .
We offer again take this cat back or take replaced kitten from our cattery address.
All this time Magdalena blackmailed me and extorted money, changed her demands all the time.
Finally we are solved that Magdalena will waiting new kitten and will take another one , and also we are was ready delivery new kitten by ourselves and take her to hospital on arrival for health screening . We offered many new beautiful kittens from different blood lines and different couples. We sending many times new photo and video ,and was ready anytime deliver kitten to Poland. Finaly Magdalena choosen beautiful kitten which ready to travelling after 10 March . Even a few days ago, when Poland closed the borders due to the quarantine of the COVID19, we offered to deliver the kitten after the end of the quarantine or send CARGO at any time.
But a few days ago, Magdalena changed her demands again, threatened me again, blackmailed me, and solicited money far greater than the cost of a cat and delivery.
It began to spread false information by discrediting all Russian breeders.
She completely fails to comply with the terms of the contract and tries to fraud.
Please be very careful with this person.
P.S. My cattery is a charitable donor since 2005
All my adult cats are donor cats, and, every 6 weeks give blood and get laboratory screening health on all indicators.
