🐾😂 Every pet relocation has a story... but Etna's might be our favorite.

Etna recently traveled from Doha to Catania, Sicily, and before departure, we helped prepare every detail—from blood tests and travel documentation to the right travel crate and airport check-in.

Then came an unexpected layover in Rome.

The airport was incredibly busy and noisy, and poor Etna wasn't enjoying all the excitement. So her mum searched for the quietest place she could find...

An airport chapel. ⛪🐱

For a little while, it became Etna's peaceful waiting room.

Then someone politely reminded her,

"This isn't a waiting room."

Her response?

"St. Francis welcomed the animals... and today, we needed refuge." 😄❤️

We absolutely love this story because it reminds us that pet parents will do anything to keep their furry family members comfortable.

After a 21-hour journey, Etna finally arrived safely in Catania, where airport staff thoughtfully carried her out last, making the end of her adventure just as gentle as the beginning.

From the streets of Doha to a new life in Scotland.

Eva and Tangy, two rescue cats, have safely arrived in Edinburgh to begin their next chapter.

Their relocation was carefully planned in accordance with the UK Pet Travel Scheme (PETS) and DEFRA requirements. Because every requirement was completed correctly, they were able to enter the UK without quarantine.

Meet Zamzam 🐾💙
Zamzam was set to fly home to Manchester over a year ago — until a routine neutering visit turned into a serious ringworm diagnosis. What followed was nine long months of treatment to get her fully healthy and cleared to fly, with her devoted mum patiently by her side the whole way.
Today, we're beyond thrilled to share that Zamzam has completed her journey — full service, Doha to Manchester — and is finally home with the family who never stopped waiting for her. 🏡✈️

🐾❤️ No pets left behind. Buddy and Valentine, two rescued dogs, and Joey, a rescued Red-eared Slider Turtle, recently traveled safely from Doha to Dubai with the family who gave them a second chance.

Joey's journey was especially unique. As a turtle, he required a specially prepared travel setup designed to maintain the right environment throughout the flight, ensuring he remained safe and comfortable from departure to arrival.

Despite the extra planning involved, one thing never changed—the family's decision.

They weren't leaving Joey behind.
