Meet Wynter, Symba, Paddy & Kiko 🦜🦜🦜🦜 — and the most extraordinary relocation we’ve ever completed.

Two years in preparation. Doha to Bangalore, India. 🇮🇳✈️

India is widely considered one of the most complex countries in the world to import birds into. CITES documentation, government approvals, blood testing, permits at every level — and a full month of quarantine on arrival.

They flew Qatar Airways to Bangalore, and it was mentioned by the airline that this was the first movement of its kind in 15 years. 🛫

But the heart of this story isn’t the paperwork. It’s their family. Two years of patience. Two years of unwavering love and dedication, refusing to leave their birds behind. 💛

Today, all four are safely home with them.

And a reminder: we don’t only relocate dogs and cats. They’re the most common — but if they’re family, we’ll find a way. 🐾

Meet Valeria 🐱 — and one of the most complex relocations we've handled.

Her family was returning home to Syria. The challenge? There are currently no direct flights accepting pets into the country. ✈️❌

For many, that's a dead end. For us, it's a planning problem — and planning problems have solutions. 💡

So here's what Valeria's journey looked like: Doha to Lebanon by air, then onward to Syria by land. 🚗 Two countries, two modes of transport, and a schedule that had to line up perfectly at every stage.

Meet Flame 🐕 — and her journey from Doha to Dubai. ✈️

Meet Coco & Luna 🐱🐱 — two beautiful cats who almost didn't make it home.

Their family was preparing for their move to London when they were told their cats couldn't fly. A discrepancy in the vaccination documentation meant the paperwork was no longer valid — something that had gone unnoticed for a long time.

Meet Dexter 🐕 — our four-time frequent flyer!

London last summer. Greece this summer. And as of tonight, he's home in Doha again. Four journeys, four safe returns, one family who keeps trusting us with their boy. There's no compliment quite like a repeat customer.

But this trip came with a bonus. In Athens, Dexter met Bruno 🖤 — a beautiful rescue who became his summer companion. And here's the lovely part: Bruno's preparations are already underway. These things take time, but one day soon, we're hoping to fly him home to Qatar too.
