Neste Dia Internacional do Café, celebramos tudo o que o café ainda pode dar.

Na Nãm, reaproveitamos borras de café como parte do substrato onde cultivamos cogumelos frescos. Depois da colheita, esse substrato regressa à terra como fertilizante, devolvendo nutrientes ao solo.

Da chávena aos cogumelos, dos cogumelos à terra. Um ciclo onde o que sobra dá lugar a uma nova vida.
