One month ago, the animals moved to the new land. And in just one month, we've watched something extraordinary happen.
They explore. They play. They run. They are visibly, undeniably happier, and that alone makes everything worth it.
Last Friday we also welcomed two new souls: MariaClara and Diana, two cows coming from an intensive farm.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of so many of you, we've raised around €5,000 on our GoFundMe and in total we've invested €9,000 into building the essentials to keep everyone safe. Fences. Shelters. Feeders. The basics that make a sanctuary possible.
But we're not done yet.
The shelters still need walls before winter arrives. The chickens and cats are still waiting for their spaces. The volunteer campervan isn't finished. And on top of construction, the animals need to eat , vet bills and feed invoices don't wait.
