KETO DIET – pros and cons
Enthusiasts of KETO DIET are not always aware of its dark sides. One of them is constipation.
Some scientists say “there is no constipation, colon cancer link”, while other say „chronic constipation, by causing prolonged contact between potentially carcinogenic substances in the stool and the lining of the colon, might also increase the risk of cancer”
Linked or not, constipation is nothing pleasant, so better avoid it if you can.
And now you can !
Use our micronized insoluble fibres, which ground to ultra fine size are not detected in food !
25 microns is a limit when tongue can detect particle, and our fibres are ground much finer (micronized).
Beware: do not use soluble fibres, because they increase constipation even more !

FIBRE PREPARATIONS AND POWDERS
Fibre as an ingredient of healthy eating is more and more appreciated but also sought after by consumers. Their awareness and interest in this particular component results from the desire to regulate in a natural way the digestive processes of the body, which has a significant relationship with the general state of health. Fiber is responsible, among others:

- for proper intestinal peristaltic,

- prevents excessive obesity and constipation,

- inhibits the absorption of cholesterol

- limits the absorption of toxic substances from food.

Fibre preparations offered by us are made only from natural raw materials and in a purely mechanical process (without the participation of chemistry). The unique production process allows the fibers to be reduced below 25 microns, which means they are imperceptible on the tongue (palate).

You can see our fibres on the gallery bellow.
