As a new month begins, we are facing increasing challenges. From paying rent and managing daily expenses to arranging food and basic supplies, things are becoming harder with the limited funds we have. We are still far behind our required goal.

11 years ago I rescued two tiny sisters, Dhumbo and Cloak, wandering alone with no mother in sight. Their eyes were badly infected, their little bodies covered with ticks and fleas, and they were so fragile. I brought them home, took them to the vet, and planned to find them a loving home once they recovered.

But life had other plans. Their healing took time, and in that time they grew up here. My house slowly became their home.

Alhamdulillah, 11 years later they are still with me. They are not just rescues — they are a part of my life. They have been with me through happiness, pain, and every struggle in between. They were the very first cats I ever rescued, and they are still by my side.

Dhumbo has no teeth left now, but she still eats well and lives peacefully, surrounded by love. ❤️

Meet Chichi — my tiny fighter from 2016. 🤍

I found her weak, fragile, and barely surviving… and somehow, we saved each other. What started as “just until she gets better” turned into ten years of love, growth, tears, milestones, and strength.

She’s been there through every first — every rescue, every surgery, every 50… 100… 200 cats. She’s seen my proudest moments and my quietest breakdowns.

Through it all, Chichi and Choona chose each other.
And I chose them. Every single day.

10 years later…
Still together.
Still fighting.

Ten years ago, I picked up a crying newborn kitten from under a car. I didn't know then that I was picking up my shadow, my strength, my first son. Choona has seen every version of me: the hopeful rescuer, the exhausted woman, the one who almost gave up, and the one who kept going anyway. We built this life together from nothing but faith. Update on cat fell from 4th floor💔
When we rescued him, we found out that one of his front legs had already been amputated history about it is unknown. He is now fully paralyzed due to a nerve injury, his jaw is broken, and he has scratches all over his body

These animals trusted humans, but humanity failed them. 💔

جانوروں کا قتل عام۔

لاھور داتا دربار کے سامنے جانوروں کی مارکیٹ میں مریم نواز کے حکم پر رات گئے آپریشن ہیوی مشینری کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے پرندوں اور جانوروں سے بھری دوکانات کو مسمار کر دیا گیا ۔
لاکھوں پرندے اور بلیاں ذندہ درگور کر دی گئی پرندوں کی چیخ و پکار اور بلیوں کی چیخوں کی آواز نے اہل علاقہ مکینوں کے دہل دھلا کر رکھ دیئے لاکھوں کی تعداد میں مختلف اقسام کے پرندے اور چھوٹے جانور جیسے خرگوش اور بلیاں وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب کی بربریت کی بھینٹ چڑھ گئے ذندہ ملبے میں مسل دیئے گئے ۔انسان تو اس ملک میں پہلے ہیں گولیوں کی نوک پر تھے اب دوسرے جاندار بھی زد میں آگئے ہیں ۔فرعونیت کا یہ عالمی ریکارڈ بھی نون لیگ کی حکومت کے نام ہو گیا ہے ۔
بے زبان اور پنجروں میں قید ان جانداروں کی آہیں ،اس کا انجام تو بھگتنا ہی ہو گا ۔
محترم۔۔ میں تجاوزات کی حمایت کی بات ہی نہیں کر رہا۔۔ بے زبانوں کی جانوں کے زیاں کی بات ھے۔۔۔۔ کراچی میں بھی ایمپریس مارکیٹ۔ میں اردگرد تجاوزات پر ایسی ہی جانوروں کی دکانیں تھیں۔۔اور دکاندار سپریم کورٹ کے حکم کے باوجو د دکانیں خالی کرنے سے انکاری تھے لیکن سندھ حکومت نے اس کے باوجود ایسی وحشیانہ کاروای نہیں کی۔۔ بلکہ احسن انداز میں معاملہ کو حل کیا۔ دکانداروں کو متبادل جگہ دی۔ جانوروں کو محفوظ طریقے سے دوسری جگہ منتقل کیا۔۔۔سندھ حکومت سپریم کورٹ کے حکم پر وحشیانہ عمل بھی کرواسکتی تھی کہ عدالت کا حکم ھے لیکن پنجاب حکومت نے بے زبان جانوروں کے خون سے ھاتھ رنگے ہیں یہاں تو عدالت کا بھی کوئی حکم نہیں تھا ایڈمنسٹریٹو ارڈر تھا۔۔ بلکہ اطلاعات تو یہ بھی ھیں کہ دکانداروں کے پاس عدالت کا اسٹے ارڈر بھی موجود تھا۔ اس کے باوجود۔۔۔ جانوروں کے خون سے ھولی۔۔ کوی جواز نہیں۔۔
