Job Description:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, trustworthy, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Bahria Town Karachi branch. The ideal candidate will be a pet lover with strong interpersonal skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, answering queries, and recommending products.
- Operate POS systems and manage transactions confidently (computer literacy required).
- Maintain shop displays, ensuring they are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and tracking product expiry dates.
- Educate customers about pet care, food, and accessories.
- Handle cash responsibly and maintain accurate sales records.
- Ensure the shop remains tidy and pet-friendly at all times.
Requirements:
- Must be a pet lover – genuine passion for animals is non-negotiable!
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers.
- Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, inventory software, email).
- Ability to multitask: juggle sales, inventory, and cleaning duties efficiently.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
