Surgical correction of Inguinal hernia in Buffalo.. Due to this issue, animal was feeling pain and difficulty while urination and defecation. Hernial contents were Urinary bladder, some part of intestines.. Just after surgery, animal started normal urination and defecation.

A case was presented at CVH Kotla Mosa Khan, Tehsil Ahmadpur East, Bahawalpur. Presenting complaint was dystocia. Physical examination revealed that this case couldn't resolve normally and C-section was the ultimate solution. While performing C-section, rumen felt abnormally filled with some materials. So rumenotmy was decided at the same time after C-section . A cluster of shopping bags, clothes, ropes was removed from rumen. Post operative care was suggested to the owner. Today after 22 days, patient come to us for removal of external sutures. الحمداللہ animal is in good state of health. All parameters are normal. Best wishes for her productive life!

A case presented with a history of anuria since last 4 days.. Physical examination revealed that urinary bladder was ruptured and urine was accumulating in body cavities. So after laprotomy, tube cystostomy was performed by using Fooley's catheter. Post operative care was advised to Farmer. And now animal started urinating from normal passage, so Fooley's removed 😊..
