Likewise, all registered pets will still be checked and screened based on the requirements before the procedure. If, upon verification, a pet is found not to meet the requirements, the registration will be automatically cancelled, and the slot will also be made available to another qualified pet owner.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. We know that many pet owners are excited and have been waiting for this opportunity, and we want to make sure that every available slot is given to a qualified pet and a pet owner who is ready to avail of the service.
