It's always fun to create functional cute things for our little companions .... so much 'gigil' while working on it 😍😍😍

Extra details matter.

Here at CHINNI CUTINGS, we go the extra mile. Look! Our vet booklets, especially crafted by Wiggling Happy Tails, have just arrived.

A gentle reminder for our dear customers 🤍

Custom orders are a collaborative process, and clear communication plays a big part in making everything smooth and successful.

When we send important updates regarding timelines, design limitations, approval steps, or production processes, we kindly ask that these messages be reviewed and acknowledged, as they directly affect your order’s progress.

Repeated follow-ups without addressing previously provided information may lead to misunderstandings, delays, and mismatched expectations on both sides.

We also kindly ask for respect for business hours. While we understand the excitement to receive updates, repeated follow-ups during late-night or wee hours may not always be appropriate, especially as small businesses also need time to rest and recharge in order to serve everyone well during operating hours.

Our custom order process:
✨ Order discussion / details confirmation
✨ Layout / design preparation
✨ Customer approval
✨ Production
✨ Shipping

We always do our best to accommodate requests, but custom work requires time, coordination, patience, and mutual cooperation.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support 🤍
