🌈🐾 REST NOW, OUR SWEET MALLOWS. 🤍

It breaks our hearts to say this, but our beloved Mallows has joined our Creator. 🌈

Our sweet boy fought so hard. He endured so much pain, so many vet visits, treatments, and struggles just to have another chance to stay with us. We prayed, we hoped, and we did everything we could for him.

But today, we have to let him go. 💔

Mallows is now running free across the Rainbow Bridge, where there are no more catheters, no more pain, no more medicines, no more scary vet visits, and no more struggling to p*e.

Just soft grass under his little paws, endless sunshine, lots of treats, and a place where every day is a happy day. 🐱☀️🌈

We want to believe that somewhere beyond the Rainbow Bridge, Mallows is finally comfortable. Finally peaceful. Finally free. 🤍

To everyone who prayed for him, donated, shared our posts, sent messages, checked on him, and helped us through his fight—thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Every prayer gave us hope. Every donation gave us another chance to fight for him. Every kind message reminded us that Mallows was never alone in this battle.

And now, Mallows is resting peacefully in his Meowmy’s backyard, close to home and surrounded by love.

You were more than just one of our resident cats, Mallows.
You were our baby. Our little boy. Our family.

Thank you for letting us love you.
We only wish we could have had more time. 💔

📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING OUR GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE

We want to address an issue that recently affected Catpuccino Coffee House PH.

Our Google Business Profile was recently flagged following reviews containing claims about our business that we strongly dispute as false and defamatory.

What is particularly concerning is that shortly afterward, several recent high-rated reviews were removed from our listing, including genuine customer feedback. We cannot independently determine why Google removed those reviews, but the timing has raised serious concerns on our end.

We have documented the reviews and the related activity and have taken the appropriate steps to report the matter to Google.

To be clear: we will not allow false statements or deliberately misleading reviews to misrepresent our business, our staff, or the experience of our customers.

We fully support honest reviews—even critical ones. If a customer has a genuine concern about their experience, we are always willing to listen and address it properly. What we cannot accept are false allegations presented as facts or misleading information that can potentially harm a small business.

This situation is particularly difficult for us right now because we are already facing financial and medical challenges involving Mallows, one of our beloved cats who is currently undergoing veterinary care. 🐱💔

Catpuccino is a small business that is still striving to keep going. Every day, we do our best to keep our doors open, take care of our cats, support our staff, and provide our customers with a safe and enjoyable place to visit.

That is why having our Google Business Profile flagged at a time when we are already struggling financially is deeply concerning to us. For a small business like ours, our online presence and genuine customer reviews matter.

We also want to make one thing very clear: we are not asking anyone to attack, harass, or confront anyone involved. Please do not engage in arguments or personal attacks. We will handle this through the proper channels.

To everyone who has genuinely visited Catpuccino, supported us, left an honest review, recommended us to others, or simply continued to believe in our little café—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 🐾❤️
